From the first enquiry to ongoing care
Every company is different, the path is similar. The first five stations are the basis of any care arrangement; what comes after depends on your needs.
-
First contact
You get in touch by phone or e-mail. In the first conversation I learn how your company works: industry, locations, number of employees and what matters to you. The initial conversation is non-binding.
-
Prevention time and quote
The number of your employees and their activities determine how much care time your company needs by law at minimum (§ 82a ASchG). I work it out with you. You receive a clear quote with services, appointments and care time.
-
Workplace inspection and risk assessment
During the inspection I look at how work is actually done at your company: workplaces and ergonomics, lighting, indoor climate and noise, at the company as well as at home. I contribute to the assessment of hazards and strains.
-
Report
I record my observations in a short report that non-physicians can understand too. The recommendations are ordered by urgency, so it is clear where to start.
-
Planning measures
We discuss the results together, with management and, where present, the works council, the safety specialist and safety representatives, also in the occupational safety committee where one is required. This produces a plan of measures that can be put into practice in everyday work.
-
As needed
Vaccinations and examinations
I advise on vaccinations, review vaccination status and offer vaccination drives directly at your company. For certain workplaces, aptitude and follow-up examinations are required. I do not carry out all of them myself; whether I can take them on for your activities, we clarify beforehand.
-
As needed
Health promotion and mental stress
I develop health programmes that fit your company, for example health days and workplace health promotion programmes. I contribute to the assessment of mental stress and refer to further counselling where necessary.
-
As needed
Return to work
Returning to work smoothly after a longer illness matters for both sides. I accompany the process in a neutral and understandable way: with return-to-work talks, occupational medical assessment and advice on part-time reintegration (Wiedereingliederungsteilzeit).
-
All year round
Ongoing care
Care runs through the year: regular appointments, advice and documentation, and the annual report at the end. At the next visit I see whether the measures are working and adjust the plan. In between, I am available.
What would care look like at your company?
We clarify that in a non-binding initial conversation.
