Occupational medical care

As a prevention specialist (Präventivfachkraft), I support companies in complying with the Austrian Employee Protection Act (ASchG) and all related regulations. I give companies and employees well-founded advice on all questions of safety and health protection at work.

• Advice for management, employees and the works council on all questions of health and work
• Regular company visits and workplace inspections
• Advice on organising first aid
• Cooperation with safety specialists and safety representatives, and participation in the occupational safety committee (where required)
• Clear documentation and annual report

Aptitude and follow-up examinations

For certain workplaces the law requires aptitude and follow-up examinations, for example for noise, hazardous substances or respiratory protection. Which of them apply to your employees depends on the activities and strains. I am happy to advise you.

Ergonomics, workplace inspection and risk assessment

Specialised advice on the design of screen workstations, both at the company and at home. During the inspection I look at how work is actually done at your company, and I give recommendations that can be put into practice in everyday work.

Vaccinations and prevention

Vaccinations protect employees and keep operations running. I give individual advice and offer vaccination drives directly at your company.

Mental stress and health promotion

Development and delivery of health programmes tailored to your company. I support you in sustainably improving your employees’ well-being and in establishing a vibrant company culture as a strategic success factor.

• Contribution to the assessment of work-related mental stress

• Referral to further counselling where necessary

Return to work and advice

Returning to work smoothly after a longer illness matters for both sides. I accompany the process in a neutral and understandable way.
